At CheersUp Club, we take great care in packaging and delivering every order. Please read our policy below before placing an order.

Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Returns will only be accepted if:

• You receive the wrong product, or

• The product delivered is different from what you ordered.

Refunds & Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• The product arrives damaged or leaked.

• The packaging is broken or tampered with.

• The product is defective or unusable.

• You receive the wrong item.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and an unboxing video of the product.

After verification, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement, as applicable.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

• Change of mind.

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

• Requests made after the specified reporting period.
